Individual Therapy
My approach to individual therapy is warm, interactive and collaborative.
Therapy is a space to feel seen, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. My approach is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I see myself as a thought partner — someone who walks alongside you as we explore what feels painful, confusing, or stuck, and work together toward change.
I believe you already hold the capacity to heal and grow within yourself. My role is to help you access that strength and develop new tools along the way. Sometimes that looks like listening deeply and reflecting back new perspectives. Other times it may involve being more directive — sharing mindfulness practices, suggesting readings, or offering exercises to try outside of session.
However we work, the process is always tailored to your needs and your goals.
Moving Forward
Individual therapy is a chance to pause, reflect, and create new possibilities for yourself. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, working through stress or loss, or wanting to feel more confident and at ease, our work together will be focused on helping you move forward with clarity and self-compassion.
If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to support you as you take the next step toward growth and healing.
